Spring 1

Year 6 Spring 1 Curriculum Snapshot

“This term we have been learning about survival. We picked a book to focus on and continued to write about it. So far, we have written a description, a newspaper report and an alternative ending to our story. Now we are starting to write a non-chronological report about an extreme sport. During this term, we have also learned about the discrimination of LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning) people. This term has been really fun learning about survival”

Chloe, Daniel and Alfie (Year 6 Learning Leaders)
